A typical home inspection takes about two hours. I follow the standards of practice which exceed New York States’ requirements for home inspections. Clients can follow me for the entire inspection or we can catch up when it is finished. When the inspection is complete I generate a preliminary report onsite and review the entire thing with you, page by page, before we leave. The final report will be emailed to you the same day and we can schedule a time to go over the entire report again.
